Bluewaters Apartment 601 is a complete luxury interior design and contracting project delivered by Venetian Enrico at Meraas Bluewaters Island, Dubai. The Bluewaters Apartment 601 interior contracting scope included bespoke Italian furniture, custom joinery, marble fixing, lighting, curtains, luxury wardrobes and premium finishing. Overlooking Ain Dubai and the waterfront, the residence offers an elegant, comfortable and highly personalised home.
The complete apartment was designed by Venetian Enrico Architects and executed by Venetian Enrico Contracting. This integrated approach allowed the architectural vision, interior detailing, material selection, installation and finishing works to be coordinated by one team from the initial concept through to final handover.

Rosso Levanto Marble Kitchen Island
One of the defining elements of Bluewaters Apartment 601 is the kitchen island finished in expressive Rosso Levanto marble. Venetian Enrico Contracting managed the technical coordination, preparation, fixing and finishing of the marble to achieve precise joints, balanced veining and a polished final appearance.
The island creates a strong connection between the kitchen, dining area and living space. It serves as a functional centrepiece while adding the richness and craftsmanship associated with luxury Italian interiors.
Marble, Tiles and Bathroom Finishing
Marble and tile installation required detailed surface preparation, accurate cutting and careful alignment. The team coordinated the placement of stone and tiles throughout the apartment, including the bathrooms, to maintain consistent joints and clean transitions between materials.
Bathroom works included the installation of marble surfaces, floor and wall tiles, taps, sanitary fittings, mirrors, lighting and accessories. Every component was checked for alignment, functionality and finishing quality to create elegant, spa-inspired spaces.
Lighting, Curtains and Final Details
Lighting was installed according to the interior-design concept to enhance the materials, furniture and architectural features throughout the apartment. Decorative lighting, integrated illumination and functional lighting were carefully positioned to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
Custom curtains and window treatments were installed to complement the interior palette while providing privacy and light control. Their proportions and finishes were coordinated with the full-height windows and the apartment’s views towards Ain Dubai.
